- 2 HOUR STRATEGY SESSION held over Zoom where I discuss the insights I identified from my pre session review about where your business currently stands, we get super clear on your vision and profit goal and create a revenue strategy for how you’re going to reach your profit goal (this is where creativity and intuition meet logic and numbers)
- YOUR 12 MONTH PROFIT MODEL that I create for you after your Strategy Session. It will outline your predicted revenue and expenses and profit on a month by month basis with detailed assumptions based around your Strategy Session
