  • MANAGEMENT OF YOUR 12 MONTH PROFIT MODEL AND CASH FLOW FORECAST to grow your profit and move closer to your vision you need to know you’re on track to get there. Each month I will be updating your 12 Month Profit Model so we can compare your actual results against your budget as well as, updating your cash flow forecast so you know what your cash inflows and outflows are which will allow you to be proactive and make any necessary changes if required
  • END OF MONTH FINANCIAL REVIEW – I will review your monthly financial reports and provide you with the key points. We will discuss the results during your monthly CFO Session so you can learn how to understand them and how to apply the insights to your strategy and action plan for the following month
